Point 2
Dishes using a wide variety of Okinawan ingredients
We offer menus using local Okinawan vegetables and Okinawan ingredients, including those from Miyagi Farm. Among them, we recommend the "sea grapes", an ingredient unique to Okinawa, which is popular for its ocean aroma and chewy texture. Please enjoy with the chef's recommended sashimi from the waters around Okinawa.
Point 3
Miso Soup with
Tamanaha Miso Soy Sauce
Tamanaha Miso Soy Sauce, a long-established business in Shuri, was established during the Ansei Era (1855-60), the Kingdom of the Ryukyus, before the Meiji Restoration. It has inherited the traditional method of making miso soup by natural brewing and waiting for its time to come.
Enjoy Tamanaha Miso Soy Sauce's Miso Soup with “Ingredient Miso Soup,” a hearty and filling soup filled with vegetables, one of the characteristics of Okinawan Miso Soup, and “Yushi Tofu Miso Soup,” a fluffy Okinawan soul food made with Yushi Tofu.
*The dishes offered vary depending on the season.

who knows Okinawa inside and out
You can enjoy a variety of Okinawan dishes from standard Okinawan dishes to B-class gourmet dishes that show the tenderness nurtured in Okinawan families.
-
- Okinawa soba
- Okinawa soba is a local dish that is representative of Okinawa's food culture. It is made from wheat flour, not buckwheat flour, and although simple, the broth and wheat flavor will fill your mouth. Two types of noodles are available: medium-thick, curly noodles that are well mixed with the broth, and flat noodles that are more satisfying. We invite you to compare the two.
-
- Okinawa Prefectural pork sausage
- You can enjoy the rich flavor of the meat itself, and the juicy goodness spreads with every bite. Made from carefully selected Agu pork, each bite is a luxurious taste that fills your mouth with flavor. We hope you will enjoy the deep flavor of the meat.
-
- Jimami tofu
- A local Okinawan dish made with peanuts. The sweet sauce and the firm texture make it an addictive dish.
*Please refrain from eating this dish if you are allergic to peanuts.

- Daily Champuru
- Chanpuru is a staple of Okinawan home cooking. It is a simple dish that brings out the flavor of the ingredients, and has a nostalgic and heartwarming flavor. Two types of chanpuru are available, changing daily. Please enjoy two different types of chanpuru, each with different ingredients.
-
- pork and egg
- In Okinawa, “pork” means “pork luncheon meat. It is a B-class gourmet dish that is loved by local diners as “pork tamago teishoku” (set meal with pork and egg). If you put pork tamago on top of rice and wrap it in nori (seaweed), you can arrange it like the popular pork tamago onigiri. Enjoy it the way you like it.
