EXECUTIVE CHEF

Naohiko kyan
- Born in Yonabaru Town, Okinawa Prefecture.
- In 1985, he joined Hotel Nikko Naha Grand Castle (at that time), and in 2001, he became the head chef of the hotel's restaurant Serina. Involved in training and opening preparations at group hotels in Japan and overseas.
- In 2006, with the opening of Hotel JAL City Naha, he became the head chef of Restaurant Bon Appétit.
- In 2008, he became the executive chef of Hotel JAL City Naha.
- In 2023, he became the chairman of the Okinawa prefecture headquarters of the All Japan Chefs Association. Currently, he is conducting activities in and outside of Okinawa Prefecture with the theme of training young chefs and improving cooking techniques. As a representative chef of Okinawa, a tourist prefecture, he provides dishes that move the hearts of many customers.
