客室内でのモバイルバッテリーのご利用に関するお願い｜Notice Regarding the Use of Portable Battery Chargers in Guest Room
平素より、ホテルJALシティ那覇をご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
現在、国内外でモバイルバッテリーによる発煙・発火などの事例が報告されています。
すべてのお客様に安全・安心にお過ごしいただくため、客室内でのモバイルバッテリーご使用について、以下の点につきましてご協力をお願い申し上げます。
・就寝中や外出などで客室を不在にされる際は、モバイルバッテリーの充電をお控えください。
・モバイルバッテリーから携帯用電子機器への充電、または客室内電源を使用してモバイルバッテリーを充電される際は、以下の場所でのご使用はお控えください。
◆直射日光の当たる窓際
◆ベッド・シーツ・カーテンなど可燃性素材の上
◆充電中は万が一のトラブルを防ぐためにも、お客様ご自身が常に状態を確認できる時間帯・場所でのご使用をお願いいたします。
なお、ご滞在中の客室清掃時に上記の状況が確認された場合、安全確保の観点から、スタッフがモバイルバッテリーの位置を移動させていただくことがございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

【Notice Regarding the Use of Portable Battery Chargers in Guest Room】
It is a great pleasure to welcome you to Hotel JAL City Naha.
There have been recent reports in Japan and overseas of incidents involving portable battery chargers (power banks) emitting smoke or catching fire. For the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation regarding the use of portable battery chargers in guest rooms as follows:
・Please refrain from charging portable battery chargers when you are away from your room.
・When charging your mobile devices from a portable battery charger, or charging a portable battery charger from a room outlet, please avoid using them in the following locations:
◆ Near windows exposed to direct sunlight
◆ On beds, sheets, curtains, or any flammable materials
◆ Please ensure that charging takes place in a location where you can personally monitor it at all times to prevent any accidents.
Please note that, during housekeeping service, if any of the above situations are observed, our staff may relocate the portable battery charger to a safer place to ensure safety. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
