【重要】 宿泊約款 改定のお知らせ / Notice of revision of terms and conditions for accommodation contracts
平素よりホテルJALシティ那覇をご愛顧頂き、誠にありがとうございます。
2024年4月1日に当ホテルの宿泊約款を改定いたしました。
ご理解を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
Thank you for staying at Hotel JAL CITY Naha.
Please note that we revised the Hotel's terms and conditions for accommodation contracts on April 1, 2024.
主な改定内容は以下の通りです。
・第5条 ：宿泊契約締結の拒否 （旅館業法改正に伴う改定）
・第7条 ：当ホテルの契約解除権 （同上）
・第9条 ：宿泊定員数 (添い寝の対象を６歳未満のお子様に変更）
・第10条 ：使用時間 （チェックイン時間を15:00に変更）
・別表第2 ：旅館業法改正に伴い「カスタマーハラスメント」とされる行動や行為を列記
・別表第3 ：違約金 （キャンセルポリシーを改定）
